Scrub Club Records started over a decade ago in the Midwest, an area of America that is a huge melting pot for musical influences from all genres and both coasts. Newly signed to Scrub Club in 2011, Beyond the Void brings that exact formula to the label: A Midwestern mix of combined genres.

It's hard to classify this release. It can go from insightful Hip Hop musings to gritty, brutal Rap lyrics, or a mixture of both. Behind it all is an obvious Rock and Metal influence. From emotional, furious tracks like "M0n5t3R," "Lookin' Out for Me," and "Losing my Mind" ... Laid back tracks like "Lay Me to Rest," "Life is Unfair," and "Losing Composure" ... to damn-near rock ballads like "Lie to Me" and "Beautiful" ... There is something for every listener on this release.
