Artist: Deafinition
Released online August 2012
Running time: 50:59
Taking a break from his usual realm of Hip Hop, Deaf turns to his other lifemate: Classic video games.
You won't find any lyrical content on this album, but what you will find is painstakingly re-created, remixed, or altered themes to some of his (and probably your) favorite games of the past.
It features not only obvious covers, but Deafinition's own renditions of the music as well. This is no simple DJ mixtape, placing beats behind untouched themes - this entire project has been re-orchestrated in actual video game music style. Check it out, and if you enjoy it, pass it around - Bring the past to the future!
All of our music here at Scrub Club is free. However, if you enjoyed this release and would like to support our label, please make any size of donation to help all of our artists get new merch and promo items, book bigger shows, and get better equipment. Much love to you all!
