ALBUM COMPOSITION AND TRIVIA
There isn't much back story for this cd in general since it is just a collection of random scraps, but here's some interesting stories behind some of the songs:
"Live By the Sword" originally appeared on 8-Bit Boys' "8-Bit Diagrams."
"Come Equipped" originally appeared on Bazuuka Joe's "The Red Pill."
"The Creed" originally appreared on Vonz Tech's "Hey, You! Listen to This!"
"Cats on the Grill" originally appeared on The Ranger's "The Cook Up."
"Nerdcore International" originally appeared on "Nerdcore Now Volume One."
"Addicted" originally appeared on "Nerdcore Now Volume One: B-Side."
"Get a Life (Or Two)" originally appeared on Mattari 2600's "How to Train your Flammie."
"Ambulance" originally appeared on Metaforce's "Gangsta Nerd." "For Her (Not Just Another Woman)" and "The Dark Side of the Force" both originally appeared on Metaforce's "Rain City Blooze." Metaforce was a duo that consisted of Thunderball (from Southside) and Quest from 2002-2007, usually joined by a slew of featured artists.
"Hat-Wearing Motherfuckers" originally appeared on "The Hatcore EP."
"Switch Lanes (Quality Control Deez Nuts Part 2)" originally appeared on "Rhymetorrents Volume 9."
"Make Way (Demo)" was originally released as the very first unmixed demo to show the prowess of the Sinister Six. However, at this point, MadHatter's wife Shelshocker was the sixth member, rather than MC_Loki.
"Occupied" is a track for the upcoming Scrub Club group "404 Device." When the Occupy movement came about, this secret group decided to record a single as fast as possible in support of the 99%. A better mixed, full track with more verses and guitar work will be on their debut album.
